How is it different from other booking platforms?
Holidu runs these booking sites itself: holidu.com in every market language, plus local brands such as Ferienwohnungen.de, Gites.fr and Clubrural. Booking.com, Airbnb and Vrbo belong to other companies. Holidu lists your home there too, and you choose which of them to activate. Holidu Brands always comes on top, with no extra work for you.
Does it replace Booking.com and Airbnb?
No. Holidu Brands comes on top of Booking.com, Airbnb and the other platforms Holidu lists your home on. Guests who start their search on a big platform still find you there, and guests who go straight to holidu.com or a local brand find you as well, all from the same listing.
Do I need to set anything up?
No. Once your home is live with Holidu, it's published on Holidu Brands automatically, with nothing to activate and no separate listing to create. Prices, availability and photos come from your one Holidu listing, so every change you make in your account shows on these sites too.
Can I turn Holidu Brands off?
No. Unlike the external booking platforms, which you activate one by one, Holidu Brands is on for every listed property. Bookings from these sites are handled like any other Holidu booking: they land in your calendar, close the dates everywhere else and are paid out to you in the same way.

International platforms get the most traffic, but many guests start on a site they know from their own country, or on one built for the trip they have in mind, such as a farm stay or a holiday with a dog. How are bookings from Holidu Brands handled?
Like any other Holidu booking. The booking lands in your Holidu calendar and closes those dates on your other platforms. Holidu collects the guest's payment and pays you out, and you talk to the guest in the same inbox you use for all your other bookings. There's no separate system to check.
What happens when a new brand joins Holidu Brands?
Nothing on your side. When Holidu adds a new brand, niche site or partner site, your listing is added there automatically. Your reach grows without a new contract, a new account or any extra setup, and bookings from the new site arrive in your Holidu account like all the others.

Good photos, a complete listing and good reviews help on every site. Hosts with strong reviews, completed stays and no host cancellations earn Star Host status, which Holidu checks automatically every month. Star Hosts get a badge, and guests can filter for them in search. Your local team can tell you what to improve first in your market.
