Common questions
Does it also answer my guests?
Yes, if you want it to. In Guest Communication you choose which guest questions it answers, like directions, Wi-Fi or arrival times, and you see every reply it sends in your name. Anything about bookings, money, complaints or safety always goes to a person at Holidu, so sensitive conversations never rest on an automatic answer.
What can I actually ask it?
Questions about your own account: your prices and earnings, your calendar and bookings, your guest messages, your invoices, and how any Holidu feature works. It answers from your own data, not from a general help article, so you don't have to explain your setup first. You can also ask it to make a change for you.
Can it change things without me?
No. It acts only on what you ask, inside the conversation, and it shows you what will change before anything happens. Nothing is applied until you confirm it. Every change stays within the limits you set, such as your minimum and maximum price, and can be reversed if you change your mind.
Is it available outside office hours?
Yes, day and night, in your language. A question about tonight's price or a guest waiting for an answer doesn't have to wait until Monday morning. You get an answer on the spot, whether it's early on a Sunday or late on a public holiday.
Does it replace my local team?
No. Your local team stays your contact for the bigger picture, such as your pricing strategy or local rules. The Holidu AI Assistant takes the routine questions off their plate, and when a question genuinely needs a person, it says so and puts you in touch with the team from inside the conversation.
Does it cost extra?
No. The Holidu AI Assistant is included in your Holidu account at no extra cost, for every host. There's no subscription and nothing to switch on. It's built into your Holidu account on the desktop and into the Holidu Host App, so you can use it wherever you are.
What if it gets something wrong?
You see every answer before you act on it, and nothing in your account changes until you confirm. If a question is outside what it can answer reliably, it says so and puts you in touch with your local team. For guest replies, it only answers the topics you've assigned to it, and you see every reply it sends.
Which tasks can it do for me?
Change prices for certain dates, block or open your calendar, update property settings and draft replies to guests, all in a few words instead of clicking through menus. It shows you exactly what will change, and nothing happens until you confirm. Every change is saved to your account and synced to your booking platforms.
Does it know my property and my market?
Yes. Its answers start from your own property, your booking history and your market, together with the local knowledge Holidu's teams bring to your region. Ask why your August prices look the way they do, or what applies to registration where you host, and you get an answer about your home, not a general one.
Which languages does it speak?
It answers in your language, so you can ask your question the way you'd normally say it, without hunting for the right keyword. That makes it as easy to use for a host in Spain as for one in Germany or Italy, at any time of day.
