Your future crew

The Partner Inventory department is a highly international team of 16 people covering the whole value chain from partner acquisition to onboarding and optimization. As part of the department, the Technical Account Management team is the bridging role between business and tech teams, both internally and externally. Together with other Product Managers and other Technical Account Managers you will provide the best experience for our colleagues, partners and travellers.

Your role in this journey

  • Manage technical integrations of new partners through either their API or our own API.
  • Help provide technical support to our partners before, during, and after their integrations.
  • Find, validate and resolve errors related to provider data.
  • Contribute to increased data quality and performance of Holidu's partner inventory.
  • Use our different internal and externals tools, e.g. IntelliJ, MongoDB, Kibana, JIRA, Confluence to manage projects and investigate incidents.
  • Manage integrations and optimizations of new partners or features, by connecting business requirements with technical implementations.
  • As part of a strategic expansion plan in the US market, you will work closely with US partners and our US team (New York based). 
  • This role may require occasionally working non regular hours to suit the US time zones.

Your backpack is filled with

  • +2 years experience in the field of technical integrations as product manager or technical account manager.
  • Finished studies in business or IT-related fields.
  • High attention to detail and customer centric.
  • Professional communication skills for interacting with technical and non-technical counterparts, both internally and externally.
  • Creative, with a team-oriented mindset and the curiosity to continuously learn new things.
  • Fluent English skills, any additional language is a plus.
