1. Build trust on the phone
To get in contact with our hosts and make a compelling first impression via phone we use our unique consultative and successful sales approach.
2. Go on business trips
One of the highlights is to travel to some of the most beautiful destinations in Europe like Italy, Greece, France and many more in order to meet our hosts first hand.
3. Grow the business in your region
With lots of ownership and freedom in the way you work and the way you want to approach hosts you have the full power to develop your own region in your own style. Your daily work has a high impact on the company's fast growing business and success.
4. Build strong personal relationships with the customer
It's not only about the product we sell, it's also about the people you meet in person and the chance to build a strong relationship with them, which makes the work itself rewarding.

After two years as sales manager I was ready for a new challenge. Being keen on details and precision I took a new career path and started as an Account Manager. The valuable insights and experiences gained during my time as a Sales Manager now enable me to effectively provide consultative guidance to our hosts, leveraging compelling arguments that contribute to optimizing our portfolio. Another big plus is that many clients still know me from personal meetings.

Seduced by the project of opening the French market, I joined Holidu with the conviction and the ambition that I could develop my skills, as well as contribute to the development of the company. Recruited as a Senior Sales Manager, I quickly had the opportunity to become the Area Lead for the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region where I am originally from, and manage the Lyon office. I am now learning how to be a great leader, thanks to a very strong Holidu culture of feedback, transparency and development.

I guess my journey is a great story about how you can start a Sales Career with just a little Sales Background. Before I started at Holidu I worked as a Hotel manager and a restaurant professional in a 5 star hotel in Hamburg. Subsequently, I briefly transitioned to a role as a Car Rental Agent, which afforded me the opportunity to acquire foundational Sales skills and ignite my passion for the field. At Holidu I am now able to combine the Sales part with my love for traveling.
