Your future team

You will lead the Customer Happiness team in Málaga that focuses on Bookiply, our software and service solution which helps vacation rental owners manage and distribute their properties more efficiently, on various channels. You will handle pre/post-booking requests received from both guests and homeowners and assist them throughout their journey.

Your role in this journey

  • You will manage, motivate, and develop an international & growing team.

  • You will implement and optimize processes to increase customer satisfaction.

  • You will play an active role in helping our customers with 2nd level topics like cancellations, modifications, payment and complaints via phone & e-mail and other channels. 

  • Regular reporting using most important customer service KPIs.

  • Active participation in employee recruiting and building the team.

  • Intensive cooperation with Product, Sales and Account Management for developing the guest / homeowner experience.

Your backpack is filled with

  • Profound job experience in customer service.

  • Experienced in leading an international team.

  • Strong communicator who remains friendly and calm in all situations.

  • Fluent English skills, German and other additional languages (Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, French, Greek) are a plus. 

  • Experience using Zendesk is a plus.
