Hiring process

Once submitted, we will confirm the receipt of your application. If your profile fits the position, you will be invited to an interview with HR or to a recorded video interview. Here, we will ask questions about your background, your motivation and situations in which you have acted according to our company values. In the following step, the focus is on your professional qualifications.

You will usually be interviewed by your future manager. For interns and working students, the application process is completed at this point. For permanent positions, a third step follows for which a presentation or a task should often be prepared in advance or on the spot. Depending on seniority and requirements, the process might deviate a bit from this description.
