Your future team
Holidu is our software and service solution with the mission to make the booking and hosting of holiday homes free of doubt and full of joy. You will be part of the Host Experience department, a highly international team consisting of 40 (and growing) developers, Product Managers, UX Designers, Technical Support Engineers and QA. Together with your colleagues, you will focus on creating best-in-class web and native mobile apps to help hosts and internal stakeholders effectively manage vacation rentals.
Your role in this journey
- Own technical support cases end-to-end, going beyond ticket management to drive real solutions for integration and system challenges.
- Work hands-on with APIs to troubleshoot integration issues, test endpoints, and collaborate with partners on technical implementations.
- Use SQL skills to investigate data inconsistencies, analyze system performance, and identify root causes of technical problems.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Sales) and external channel partners to resolve technical challenges and improve processes.
- Take a proactive approach to system monitoring and issue identification, catching problems before they impact users or partners.
- Drive automation initiatives and process improvements to reduce manual work and increase team efficiency.
- Conduct technical analysis using tools like Postman for API testing and debugging complex integration scenarios.
- Communicate technical findings to both technical and business stakeholders, translating complex issues into actionable insights.
Your backpack is filled with
- 3+ years of technical support experience in a startup or smaller company environment.
- Proficient in SQL for query writing, data investigation, and performance optimization.
- API experience including integration troubleshooting, endpoint testing via Postman or similar tools, and understanding of REST/GraphQL architectures.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively translate technical issues into clear business language for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A collaborative mindset - you enjoy working across teams and with external partners to solve problems together.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify issues before they escalate.
- Hands-on approach to technical challenges, comfortable working on manual tasks and process optimization.
- Automation experience (a plus) - familiarity with scripting, workflow automation, or process improvement tools.
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced scale-up environment where priorities can shift and wearing multiple hats is the norm.
