Your future team

  • The Partner Inventory department is a highly international team of 50 people covering the whole value chain from partner acquisition to onboarding and optimization.
  • As part of the department, the Technical Account Management team is bridging the business and tech, internal and external.
  • Together with the other Technical Onboarding Manager and other Technical Account Managers you will provide the best experience for our partners, colleagues and travelers.

Your role in this journey

  • Own the integration process of newly signed Holidu partners.
  • Make sure all necessary information for the integration has been provided by the partner. Contact the partner if any information is missing.
  • Use our different internal and external tools, e.g. Kibana, JIRA, Confluence to onboard providers and monitor the quality of their integration.
  • Help improve the quality of our partners by identifying and validating errors related to their data in the integration process and in the booking funnel. 
  • Maximize the number of searchable properties for our newly integrated partners.
  • Work closely with our Business and Technical Account Management teams, and with the partner to minimize the integration time of the properties on Holidu.
  • Follow a defined integration workflow in our CRM system and meet the integration deadlines.

Your backpack is filled with

  • Completed or soon to be finished bachelor’s degree in tourism, business administrations, IT or any related fields.
  • Comfortable working with technology.
  • You pay attention to detail paired with excellent organization skills.
  • Independent work attitude and great time management.
  • You're a self-starter, highly process-driven and with the ability to think analytically.
  • Fluent English skills – both written and spoken.
