Get ready to dive into the world of vacation rentals. 

We are looking for a driven marketer to take Holidu B2B marketing and communications to the next level. The B2B Communication and Marketing Manager will work closely with the Holidu Brand Marketing and Business Development teams and will have the mission of developing, implementing and globally aligning Holidu’s B2B marketing strategy for our focus markets.

Your future team

You will be part of the Business Development Team  and will report to the Head of Business Development. Our Business Development Team of 17 is composed of diverse nationalities, each of whom are responsible for partners across Europe, USA and Australia. The majority of the team is working from our Headquarters in Munich with the exception of 4 members based in our New York and Danish offices. You will also be working very closely with the brand marketing team, also based in Munich.

Your role in this journey

Your overall objective is to develop, implement and globally align Holidu’s B2B marketing strategy for our focus markets by:
  • Aligning and creating all B2B marketing material internationally (sales deck and Account management quarterly business review incl. content and form, flyers, stand material for events, merchandise, etc.) to ensure that Holidu’s USP and brand are communicated in a consistent and impactful manner across all markets.
  • Creating business enablement strategies (newsletters and mailing campaigns for specific business initiatives): conceive, organise and manage campaigns with the business development team to support the team in its up-selling efforts with our 2000 existing partners.
  • Capitalizing on high impact B2B opportunities:identify, budget, and organize key industry events per country including conferences and webinars.
  • Drive and create marketing content initiatives to drive B2B demand:write industry-specific content for B2B magazines or online posts (Newsletter, magazine articles, interviews, PR texts, Social media posts, etc.).
  • Track the performance of your B2B marketing activities, monitor competitive activities and recommend action plans and budgets to meet our business objectives in a cost-efficient manner.
  • Share your industry and marketing knowledge with the business development team to maximize Holidu B2B presence in our focus markets.

Your backpack is filled with

  • A university degree in Marketing, Communication, Tourism or related.
  • Minimum of 3 years' of experience in B2B marketing and communications with a strong international background.
  • Entrepreneurial, driven and proactive personality with a hands on approach.
  • Have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
  • Collaborative and proactive mindset to drive projects across multiple teams.
  • Excellent communication skills in English. Additional European language  is a plus.
  • Experience in working with sales or business development teams is a plus.
