New York consists of a total of five city districts, also called Boroughs, of which Manhattan is one. This is an island located at the mouth of the Hudson River. Chinatown was created in the late 19th century in the course of a wave of immigration and is today characterized by Chinese shops, restaurants and the Chinese population. The quarter offers a very special flair in bright colors and on special occasions, such as the Chinese New Year celebration, also parades, which are accompanied by musical performances.

The Empire State Building is a 443 meter high skyscraper that was the tallest building in the world until 1972. The building is mainly used for commercial purposes. However, you can reach the two viewing platforms via the high-speed lift. One of them is located on the 86th floor at an altitude of around 320 metres. From here you have a breathtaking view over New York.
