Your future team
You’ll join our Talent Management team within the Talent & Organization department, working along 26 colleagues who genuinely care about people, culture, and creating great experiences for candidates and colleagues.
We’re the team behind hiring, retention, and everything that makes Holidu a place people want to join and stay. Employer Branding is how we bring that story to life, and you’ll help shape how Holidu is seen and experienced by talent outside the company.
This is a part-time working student role (20h/week) for enrolled students who want to learn, experiment, and grow with us over a longer period of time.Your role in this journey
As a Working Student in Employer Branding, you’ll work right where marketing meets recruiting. You’ll help bring our culture to life, tell real stories, and connect Holidu with students and early-career talent across Europe.

What you’ll be up to:
- Create scroll-stopping content for Instagram, showing what working at Holidu really looks like and inspiring future teammates to hit “apply”.
- Spot trends early, experiment with new formats, and test out what performs best.
- Support university partnerships and connect with students and graduates across Europe.
- Help organize recruiting events & campus activities, from promo, merch orders to follow-ups.
- Collaborate with Marketing to make sure everything fits our brand look and feel.
- Reply to Kununu & Glassdoor reviews and help turn feedback into action.
- Be an active part of the Talent Team - bring in your ideas, take ownership, and learn a lot along the way.
Your backpack is filled with
- You’re currently enrolled at a university (ideally for at least the next 1.5 years).
- First experience in Marketing, Social Media, Communications, Event Management, or similar (internships, working student roles, university projects).
- A strong interest in Employer Branding, storytelling, and social media.
- You enjoy keeping things structured, ensuring everything runs smoothly, and always keeping the goal in mind.
- You’re proactive, open, and not afraid to share ideas or try new things.
- You like keeping things simple, quick, and authentic, while doing deeper research when needed.
- Strong communication skills in English (other languages are a bonus).
