Team Lead UX Design - Guest Experience (all genders)

Join our Guest Experience department as Team Lead UX Design, where you'll lead a team focused on creating seamless experiences for travelers finding their perfect vacation rental.

• You will lead the Guest Experience design team: 4 UX designers responsible for the end-to-end guest journey, from discovery through booking.

• Your contributions will directly impact how millions of travelers find and book their holiday homes, driving conversion and satisfaction.

• Lead and grow a high-performing design team through regular feedback, mentorship, and hiring.

• Set the design vision for guest experience, balancing delivery with long-term product direction.

• Lead UX research in the department to identify opportunities and ensure decisions are rooted in user needs.    

• Drive high-impact design initiatives, both through your team and hands-on when it matters.

• Be action-oriented and pragmatic: focus on outcomes, balance speed and quality, and drive business results through great design.

• Create an environment where designers take ownership, challenge ideas, and support each other.

• Continuously improve how the team operates and scale our design system.

• 7+ years of experience in UX design, product design, or a similar role, with a strong focus on consumer-facing digital products. 

• Bachelor’s degree in design, human-computer interaction, a related field, or equivalent industry experience.

• Experience leading or managing designers, with a genuine passion for growing talent.

• Hands-on experience conducting UX research, with strong analytical skills across qualitative and quantitative data.

• A portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design and strong craft.

• Experience establishing and scaling design systems in growing organizations.

• Expert in Figma. Comfortable using AI tools (Cursor, Claude Code or similar) in your workflow.

• Fluent in English.
