Your future team
You’ll join our Business Development team, a diverse group of experienced Sales and Partnership Managers across four European hubs. We operate with high ownership, fast decision-making, and close collaboration with Product, Engineering, Technical Account Management, Business Intelligence, and Guest Experience.
You’ll work directly with the Director of Business Development and have regular exposure to C-level leadership. This is a team that moves quickly, supports each other, and drives Holidu’s most important partnerships.

Your role in this journey
- Own and grow a multimillion-euro portfolio of top accounts. Your success directly impacts Holidu’s bottom line.
- Set the strategy for your accounts, not just the operations.
- Drive the fundamentals of partner performance by securing attractive rates, strong availability in key destinations, identifying promotional opportunities, and optimizing conversion rates through high-quality data and stable integrations.
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to identify and resolve integration issues early, improve the overall booking flow and deliver a seamless guest experience from search to post-booking.
- Collaborate with partners like Booking.com and Vrbo to ensure seamless integrations, improving the experience for millions of guests.
- Lead commercial negotiations and long-term roadmap discussions.
- Design and execute high-impact projects that enhance partner performance and internal processes.
- Establish key account processes, create meaningful reports, and present findings to management and stakeholders.
- Run Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), produce sharp insights, and deliver executive-ready output with high accuracy.

- A strong track record in consulting, business development and/or strategic partnership management.
- The ability to blend relationship-building with analytical excellence.
- Business acumen and a hands-on mentality to maximize key partnerships.
- The ability to work fast, independently, and with high attention to detail.
- Comfort bridging business, product, and technical discussions.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience managing high-impact projects end-to-end.
- Experience with large travel accounts is a strong plus.
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Tourism, or a related field preferred.
- Fluent English skills required; German and other European language skills are a plus.
