Senior FP&A Analyst (all genders)

• You are responsible for the financial forecasting, KPI analysis and performance tracking for one of Holidu’s business units.

• You are a trusted finance business partner, delivering insightful analysis to support effective decision-making.

• You will further develop month end reporting to effectively isolate key drivers in a timely manner.

• You will own and develop the financial forecast model of the division.

• You will be involved in the month end close and billing process, submitting inputs to the accounting team.

• You seek to simplify and streamline existing financial processes, leveraging automation and working with BI/Tech where possible.

• You will help to prepare reporting required for external monthly investor reporting.

• Outstanding records of academic achievement in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

• 3+  years of experience in FP&A, with a strong financial focus. Experience in a fast-moving scale-up is a plus.

• Outstanding financial modelling skills, in particular using Excel.

• Excellence in stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Keen eye for detail and precision when working with numbers and data.

• Proven track record of driving automation across finance processes.

• Intuitive understanding of what drives a business model in a given market – and the ability to validate this using financial and commercial data.

• Fully proficient in English. German language skills will be considered an asset.
