Your future team
- You will be part of the Marketing Technology team, working closely with 3 software engineers, 3 data engineers, and a product manager. The team’s mission is to support all Holidu Marketing teams by developing scalable technology solutions that optimize campaigns and help effectively reach target audiences.
- Given the complexity of Performance Marketing, we’re looking for a dedicated analyst to focus exclusively on this area and collaborate in-depth with the Performance Marketing team, which includes 4 Marketing Managers.
- You will also work in close collaboration with our Business Intelligence teams, including data analysts and data engineers, to enhance visibility into marketing performance and drive data-informed decision-making.

Your role in this journey
Your main stakeholder will be Performance Marketing. Together, you will drive the Holidu business and continually grow revenues and profitability. You will currently be the sole analyst on the team, and as such, you will have complete ownership of all analytical and machine learning projects (including Data Science) that relate to online marketing:
- Be the main point of contact for all data-related questions from Performance Marketing. You will answer most questions directly by working with the extensive data landscape that exists, and add new data points in close alignment with the Product Manager and Data Engineers where needed.
- Proactively drive data-informed decisions for our user acquisition and lead generation, using both structured experimentation and exploratory analysis.
- Implement and fine-tune bidding strategies such as tCPA and tROAS with significant budgets by researching, developing, and testing data science models.
- Identify high-impact optimization opportunities using Looker or data languages such as SQL or Python on large data sets to evaluate our activities on paid search channels.
- Conduct in-depth A/B testing, build hypotheses, and run experiments on user segments.
- Build and iterate on AI-powered, scalable workflows (e.g., content automation, anomaly detection, predictive bidding) with the support of your Marketing Tech colleagues.
Your backpack is filled with
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, with a focus on Marketing or other business functions.
- Strong experience in applying statistical methods (e.g. regression, uplift modeling, significance testing) to solve business problems.
- Proficient in SQL, Python or a similar programming language.
- Advanced analytical skills - you connect numbers to customer behavior and business needs, ensuring insights are actionable and meaningful.
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration with the ability to understand diverse perspectives and turn them into data-driven solutions.
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Looker, Power BI or Tableau.
- Experience in Search Engine Advertising (SEA) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
