Your future team

As Chief of Staff to the CMO, you will be embedded in the Marketing leadership team and report directly to our CMO. You'll work at the intersection of strategy and execution — partnering closely with our Marketing leadership to ensure all host marketing programs are aligned, on track, and delivering results. This is a high-impact role designed to accelerate both Holidu's marketing ambitions and your own career growth.

Your role in this journey

Act as the central program manager for all host-related marketing initiatives, connecting the dots across teams, tracking progress, identifying dependencies, and ensuring programs move forward efficiently.
Lead 1–2 high-priority strategic projects end-to-end — from scoping and stakeholder alignment through to execution and impact measurement.
Drive accountability for the delivery of strategic projects across the entire marketing organisation, ensuring timelines, quality, and outcomes are met.
Serve as a sparring partner to the CMO, supporting meeting and workshop preparation, synthesising data and insights, and helping shape the marketing strategy and annual plan.
Enable efficient collaboration within the marketing leadership team by ensuring clear follow-ups, surfacing blockers, and holding team members accountable for their commitments.
Run analyses, build business cases, and create materials that support decision-making at the leadership and board levels.
Amplify the CMO's internal and external communication, ensuring key messages land across the organisation and beyond.

Your backpack is filled with

5+ years of work experience in management consulting, strategy, program/project management, or an operational role in a fast-paced scale-up or tech company. A combination of consulting and operational experience is a strong plus.
A solid understanding of digital marketing — you should be fluent in how performance marketing, inbound, CRM, brand, and product marketing work together.
Outstanding program and stakeholder management skills — you know how to drive execution across teams without direct authority, and you do it with clarity and persistence.
Strong analytical capabilities and a data-driven mindset — you're comfortable building analyses, interpreting data, and using insights to drive decisions.
AI fluency and a passion for leveraging automation tools to scale your own impact and improve team efficiency.
A relentless drive to get things done, paired with close attention to detail and a striving for excellence. You bring tenacity, discernment, and the ability to galvanize others around shared goals.
Excellent communication skills — you can structure complex topics clearly, align diverse stakeholders, and make things happen in a collaborative, performance-oriented environment.
Fluent English skills (C1+). Any additional language is a plus.
