Your role in this journey

As a Photography Network Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding and managing interior photographers across our regions in Spain. You will coordinate a network of freelance photographers tasked with capturing high-quality images of Holidu homes’ properties. In this role, you will act as the central link between the Sales teams, photographers, and hosts.

Own the entire sourcing process for our Spanish photographer network including long-listing, organization of trial shoots and contract negotiations.
Coordinate the visual content production and visual presentation of our properties.
Ensure a high level of quality of our visual content before „going live “ and handle feedback cycles and communication with photographers.
Work closely together with our account management and product teams.
Identify and realize projects to further improve cross-departmental and visual content production processes.

Please note: This is not a photography role. We are seeking a coordinator to manage and support our network of photographers, not someone to take photographs themselves.

This is a maternity cover of 18 months, starting in May 2026.

Your backpack is filled with

Passion for visual aesthetics and customer satisfaction.
Fluent in Spanish and English, any additional language is a plus.
A university degree, ideally in media, communication science, business studies, tourism, or similar studies.
Demonstrated excellence in academic, professional or extracurricular activities.
First experience in a business environment and/or content production.
