Your future team

You will be part of an international, growing team consisting of 5 full-time employees. The team enjoys collaborating together on projects as well as spending time together inside and outside the office.

Your role in this journey

In this role, you will contribute to data-driven decision-making across the Sales organization by analyzing sales performance, developing dashboards and reports, and turning complex data into actionable insights in close partnership with Sales Operations and Commercial stakeholders.

Provide data insights and analysis that support Sales Operations and Sales leadership in strategic and operational decision-making.
Build, maintain, and continuously improve Looker dashboards covering sales performance, pipeline health, and acquisition metrics.
Deliver ad-hoc analyses to answer business questions across Sales Operations, Mergers & Acquisitions Operations, and Commercial leadership.
Analyze the performance of different sales development channels (e.g. AI-supported, internal, and external lead generation), identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities for optimization.
Support sales team analytics, including performance tracking, productivity analysis, and target attainment insights.
Create and maintain annual and recurring visualizations (e.g. planning, forecasting, and performance reviews) to ensure clarity and consistency across reporting.

Your backpack is filled with

You have recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field and are available to work in our Munich-based office.
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
An independent and hands-on work attitude.
Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
Fluent English skills – any additional European language (e.g. Italian, Portuguese, Spanish, French, German, Greek) is a plus.
