Your future team

You'll join the Talent & Organization Team at Holidu, supporting our Learning & Development initiatives across our 700+ person organization. We're a small team with a strong vision, building learning experiences that scale and drive business results.

Your role in this journey

Support the coordination and delivery of training sessions, workshops, and our company-wide onboarding programs
Assist in creating learning products in digital and interactive formats
Research learning trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team
Experiment with AI tools to enhance how we create and deliver learning content
Help gather and analyze feedback data to understand what's working (and what's not)
Provide hands-on support for L&D projects

Your backpack is filled with

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Education, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field
Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks
Genuine interest in learning, development, and how people grow
Enthusiasm for exploring AI tools and their practical applications
Fluency in spoken and written English
