Your future team
You will be part of our Talent & Organization Team, consisting of 23 people. Besides recruiting and taking care of our existing employees, we are huge foodies and are also always keen on spending time together in our free time. From trying new restaurants & cafés to theater visits, we're open for any kind of activity!Your role in this journey
- Support our People Operations processes in our German and international companies (Italy, Spain, Portugal, France, Greece, Croatia).
- Create contracts and reference letters.
- Take responsibility for tasks in various exciting HR projects.
- Maintain our personnel files, HR software, and shared information platforms.
- Research, evaluate, and implement automation opportunities and optimize internal processes.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Conduct your own research and learn more about German and international labor law, e.g., compensation & benefits, etc.
- Support our corporate culture through the organization of events and team activities.
Your backpack is filled with
- Education or studies in Human Resources, as an office clerk, in the hotel business, or another related field.
- Interest in developing knowledge in labor law, tax, and payroll.
- Fluent in English, and at least in one of the following languages: Italian, Spanish, French, Portuguese, German, Greek or Croatian.
- First experience in Human Resources is a plus.
- Attention to detail and conscientiousness.
- Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented way of working.
- Open and service-oriented in interactions with employees.
- Profound knowledge of MS Office and first experience with HR software is a plus.
