Your future team
Please note that this role will be based in one of our French offices (Lyon, Rennes, Bordeaux, or Marseille).
You will lead the Sales Development Representative (SDR) France team - a crucial unit in Holidu’s growth engine. This team focuses on establishing the first connection with future customers, making our service tangible, personal, and relevant. Your team will be essential for our lead qualification and meeting generation efforts for the French market. You’ll report directly to the Head of Sales and Account Management France and collaborate with Revenue Operations, Marketing, and our Sales and Account Management teams in France.
You will lead a team of internal SDRs, as well as supervisors from our external partners, who further support our lead qualification.
Your role in this journey
You will:
- Own team performance: Ensure weekly targets and quality standards are consistently met. Approve the target achievement of your team, which is linked to their compensation.
- Hiring: Hire a team of internal and external SDRs that are both customer-focused and hungry to reach their targets.
- Coach & develop: Regularly train your team in communication techniques, objection handling, and CRM best practices. Support the onboarding of new team members and foster continuous learning.
- Manage campaigns: Work closely with Revenue Operations on batch strategy, lead quality, and assignment logic.
- Be the main point of contact with our external partners: work closely with external supervisors responsible for the pre-qualification of leads. You will monitor performance, retrieve feedback, and support the training of those external teams.
- Lead with empathy: Conduct daily check-ins and weekly team meetings with the team. Maintain a positive spirit and emotional support in a high-volume call environment.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Act as the bridge between SDRs, Sales Managers, Marketing, and Revenue Operations. Bring campaign and process feedback, improve tool usage (Pipedrive, DemoDesk), and support marketing alignment.
- Drive innovation: Identify performance trends, test new outreach angles, and optimize workflows for efficiency and fun.
Your backpack is filled with
- 2+ years of experience managing or mentoring Sales Development teams (ideally in B2C/B2SMB SaaS or Marketplace businesses).
- Outstanding people leadership and coaching mindset.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Pipedrive preferred) and sales automation platforms.
- Excellent communication skills in French (native or near-native) and English (professional working proficiency).
- A structured, self-driven work ethic and strong prioritization skills.
- Motivation to build processes and enable SDRs to thrive — you are passionate about team dynamics.
- Bonus points for experience with remote or hybrid team leadership and for contributing to onboarding or training frameworks.
