Your future team
Your role in this journey
- Ensuring that all Sales teams receive a sufficient volume of high-quality leads from multiple sources, such as scraping, inbound marketing efforts, and M&A activities.
- Continuously identifying and developing new lead sources to ensure the SDR team always has a robust pipeline.
- Managing and improving the Sales process by overseeing Pipedrive, our Sales CRM, and ensuring seamless, automated workflows using tools like Zapier and other automation solutions.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with external partners providing SDRs; renegotiating terms as needed and sourcing new partners to ensure a balanced approach to cost, lead quality, and volume.
- Defining OKRs and project plans for your team together with the Head of Pre-Sales Operation,, coaching and developing team members, and hiring new talent as necessary to support growth.
- Leading the AI transformation by exploring and implementing new technologies to enhance and optimize company processes.
Your backpack is filled with
- 5+ years of experience in Sales, Project Management, or Sales Operations field.
- 2+ years of experience as a people manager
- Proactive approach and strong communication skills.
- Analytical skills and the ability to evaluate relevant key figures and derive recommendations for action.
- Experience with Pipedrive or other CRM systems is a plus.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Fluent English skills (IT, ES, PT, DE, FR, or GR is a plus).
