Your future team

As part of the Talent & Organization Team, you will lead our Learning & Development team to enable goal-oriented and enjoyable long-term learning for everyone. You will be collaborating closely with our Leadership Team to identify talent as well as development potentials to optimise our learning programs to support employee engagement, performance, and retention.

Your role in this journey

Shape and drive our L&D strategy and initiatives to create high engagement, talent density, and job satisfaction.
Define effective goals, enable, train, and coach the L&D team to meet the team’s targets.
Identify key learning objectives and training needs with stakeholders in different areas of our organization, especially in the area of leadership and top talent development, to create and deliver effective learning paths and training offers.
Ensure effective onboarding programs for new joiners of various departments.
Optimize internal and external training offerings to provide high relevance, quality, and impact while choosing suitable learning formats, e.g. with self-learning and blended learning paths, social learning initiatives, or keynotes and meet-ups.
Leverage data insights and feedback to identify opportunities to impact the learning culture and people development in the organization.
Develop, align, and implement business processes to foster continuous internal development of our team members, e.g. developing career development paths, implementing effective feedback and performance review processes, and optimizing the use of learning budgets.

Your backpack is filled with

A degree in business, psychology, HR, learning science, or similar.
Proficient work experience in the field of Learning & Development, ideally in a leadership position.
Experience in managing and driving complex projects from A to Z.
Experience in business coaching is a plus.
Outstanding communication skills and the ability to work with many different stakeholders in an agile environment.
High attention to detail and a very proactive work style.
Ability to conceptualise ideas and learning & development initiatives from scratch, applying lean approaches and a frugal mindset.
Excellent English skills.
Experience in the IT industry is a plus.
