Team Lead Data Analytics (all genders)

As the Lead for Data Analytics, you’ll be part of Holidu’s Business Intelligence department, leading a team of talented analysts from around the world. Together, you’ll partner with internal stakeholders - like Marketing, Product, and Leadership - to turn data into meaningful insights that drive growth.

• Lead and empower a team of 3-4 analysts, fostering collaboration, learning, and data excellence.
• Be a member of the BI Leadership team, where the operational and strategic direction of the department is discussed.
• Shape the future of analytics at Holidu by recruiting top talent, setting clear goals, and developing your team both personally and professionally.
• Work hands-on by leading end-to-end projects, from data engineering to predictive modeling, experimentation and analysis.
• Partner across multiple departments, ensuring everyone has access to clear, actionable insights that guide daily decisions.
• Advise leaders with your entrepreneurial and analytical mindset—helping them unlock the greatest value from Holidu’s data assets.
• Use state-of-the-art tools and technologies to transform complex data into insights that enhance our search engine, optimize marketing performance, and improve the guest and host experience.

• A quantitative degree paired with 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics or Business Intelligence.
• Leadership experience (formal or informal), including mentoring and supporting employees in their development.
• Proven track record in stakeholder and project management.
• A strong commercial mindset - you understand how data supports impactful business and product decisions.
• Excellent analytical and technical skills, with experience in Python, SQL, AWS, Airflow, dbt, or Looker.
• Solid statistical knowledge, including correlation analysis and predictive modeling (time-series forecasting, regression).
• A passion for turning data into impact - you love using insights to unlock growth, efficiency, and better decisions.
• AI Proficiency: You are comfortable using AI to enhance coding, planning, and monitoring. This includes successfully integrating AI tools (such as Claude code, Codex, Copilot, etc) into their workflow and being able to teach others how to use these tools efficiently.
