Staff UX Designer - Holidu Hosts (all genders)

As a member of our Design team, you’ll collaborate with seven talented multidisciplinary designers, all dedicated to crafting intuitive, high-quality products and services for both guests and hosts. Holidu Hosts is our software and service solution for vacation rental owners (hosts). In this role, you will work closely with the Host Experience department, a highly international team consisting of 35 Developers, Product Managers, UX Designers, Technical Support Engineers and QA. Together with the team, you will focus on creating a best-in-class tool to help our hosts manage their properties effortlessly.

As a Senior / Staff UX Designer, you will take a leading role in shaping the future of our host experience platform. You will set the design vision for our product’s long-term evolution while driving high-quality user experiences across multiple development teams. Your responsibilities will include:

• Shaping the design strategy for our core product, ensuring a seamless balance between short-term impact and long-term vision.
• Supporting multiple development teams, ensuring design excellence across parallel workstreams.
• Establishing and scaling UX research operations, ensuring our design decisions are data-driven and user-centered.
• Conducting and driving UX research to identify new product opportunities and ensure our design decisions are deeply rooted in user needs.
• Collaborating closely with product managers and developers to efficiently deliver cohesive, inclusive, and well-informed user experiences.
• Providing high-quality user interfaces and effectively communicating your thought process and methodology.
• Translating concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces that lead intuitive user experiences, ranging from small feature iterations to larger, complex ones.
• Mentoring other designers and raising the bar for design quality, craft, and user-centric innovation.
• Actively participating in the growth of the Design Team by giving and receiving constructive feedback, improving work processes, and contributing to our design system.
