Your future team

You will be part of an international, growing team consisting of 4 full-time employees. The team enjoys collaborating on projects as well as spending time together inside and outside the office.

Your role in this journey

You will be responsible for the Pre-Sales operations. Your tasks will include:
  • Lead Scoring Ownership: Own the lead scoring framework and implement processes to ensure high-quality leads are properly prioritised, routed, and managed for maximum conversion potential.
  • Tooling & Automation Management: Optimise sales processes through the management and continuous improvement of tools like Pipedrive, Zapier, and related automation platforms—ensuring clarity and ease of work for SDRs and Sales teams.
  • AI Enablement: Stay ahead of the curve in our sales operations by researching, introducing, and integrating AI agents and emerging technologies to enhance team efficiency and lead management.
  • Support Lead Quality & Volume: Collaborate with other Pre-Sales Operations Managers, internal stakeholders, and external partners to help ensure the Sales teams receive a steady stream of warm, sales-qualified leads.
  • Sales Support & Communication: Maintain daily contact with our local Sales and Account Management teams to provide hands-on support and ensure alignment toward achieving acquisition targets.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Deliver high-quality, actionable sales performance analyses to empower Sales and Account Management teams to make data-driven decisions that accelerate growth.

Your backpack is filled with

  • 4+ years work experience in Revenue Operations, Consulting or Sales with proven business impact.
  • Studies in business, economics or related.
  • Strong analytical skills – with high attention to detail.
  • An independent and hands-on work attitude.
  • You demonstrate excellent project management skills, which allows you to work on different projects
  • You get joy from working with a customer-centric approach and enabling others
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Fluent English skills – any additional European language (e.g. IT, PT, ES, FR, DE, GR) is a plus.
  • Willingness to work in the Munich office twice a week.
