Your future team

You will join Holidu’s Host Lifecycle Marketing team, a strategic part of the marketing department focused on nurturing and engaging our host partners throughout their journey. Our tight-knit team includes four Lifecycle Marketing Managers, and maybe soon, you! We work closely with Product, Business Intelligence, Marketing Tech, and Sales & Account Management to deliver automated and personalized experiences at scale.

You will report directly to the Senior Team Lead of Lifecycle Marketing. The team is guided by a strong focus on data-driven performance, cross-functional collaboration, and customer-centric communication.

Your role in this journey

  • Design and manage lifecycle automations by creating multi-channel journeys tailored to host behaviors, business objectives, and regional requirements.
  • Use AI capabilities in our customer engagement platform to optimize workflows and enable dynamic personalization.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to define communication needs, translate objectives into campaign briefs, and launch timely, automated flows.
  • Collaborate with BI and Marketing Tech teams to leverage user data and event tracking for precise targeting and real-time personalization.
  • Build and analyze performance dashboards, monitor key metrics, track cohort behavior, and evaluate A/B test results to drive continuous improvement.
  • Partner with Product, Business, and Regulatory teams to ensure that updates are communicated clearly and compliantly to hosts across different regions.

Your backpack is filled with

  • 4 to 7 years of hands-on experience in lifecycle marketing, retention, or email automation, ideally within SaaS, e-commerce, or other tech-enabled businesses.
  • A strong understanding of lifecycle strategy and campaign logic, with a track record of designing effective automated flows and customer journeys.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Airship, Braze, or similar platforms to build and manage scalable, personalized campaigns.
  • A data-first mindset with the ability to interpret dashboards, analyze user behavior, and apply insights to improve performance.
  • Interest or experience in applying AI to marketing, including workflow optimization, content testing, predictive analytics, and personalization.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to align with cross-functional teams and convert business needs into impactful messaging strategies.
  • Fluency in English; French is a plus. You are comfortable communicating complex topics in a clear and approachable way.
