Your future team
You’ll be part of our new Dynamic Pricing & Revenue Management team, working alongside a Data Scientist and Data Analyst. Together, you will work towards one core goal: helping hosts improve occupancy and earnings through a smart, dynamic and data driven pricing strategy.You’ll work with a large and rich dataset, modern tooling, and teammates who care deeply about impact, collaboration, and learning together.
Our Tech Stack
- Data Pipelines: Airflow + dbt-core, powered by Python, for fast, reliable workflows.
- Data Storage & Querying: S3, Redshift (with decentralized data sharing), Athena, and DuckDB.
- Cloud & DevOps: Terraform, Docker, Jenkins, and AWS EKS (Kubernetes) for scalable, resilient systems.
- Monitoring: ELK, Grafana, Looker, OpsGenie, and in-house tools for full visibility.
- Ingestion: Kafka-based event systems and tools like Airbyte and Fivetran for smooth third-party integrations.
- Automation & AI: Extensive use of AI tools like Claude, Copilot, and Codex.
Your role in this journey
As an Analytics Engineer within Revenue Management you’ll focus on building and maintaining the analytical backbone that powers pricing insights and future dynamic pricing models. You will:- Build and own dynamic pricing and revenue management datasets by transforming and combining data from multiple sources.
- Develop scalable data models and transformations that support pricing analyses, dashboards, and forecasting use cases.
- Work closely with Data Scientists to create training datasets and features for pricing and demand models.
- Advise and support the Data Scientist with Model deployment.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and documentation across revenue management metrics and datasets.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business questions into clear analytical and data requirements.
- Contribute to improving pipelines, workflows, and analytical standards within Revenue Management.
Your backpack is filled with
- 4+ years of experience in a Data Engineer, Analytics Engineer, or similar role.
- Strong hands-on skills in SQL and Python, working with complex data models.
- Experience building and implementing Lakehouse architectures in AWS or other similar setups.
- Effectively build batch and streaming data pipelines using technologies such as Airflow, DBT, Redshift, Athena/Presto, Firehose, Spark, SQL databases, and similar technologies.
- Good understanding of how distributed systems work.
- DataOps knowledge (e.g., Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD for data pipelines, automated testing, monitoring/observability implementation, data quality management methodologies).
- Desire to learn and use cutting-edge LLM tools and agents to improve your and the entire team's productivity.
- A proactive, hands-on mindset: you take ownership, spot problems, and drive solutions forward.
