(Junior) Customer Service Representative - Croatian speaking (all genders)

Your future team
Our customer happiness team is united by an ambition for constant improvement and the drive to bring the best experience to more than 100 million users each year. The team also very much likes spending time together, sharing food and doing fun team events.We are currently looking for a motivated Croatian speaker to join our team in Málaga, Spain.
Your role in this journey
- You will support hosts to manage their properties on various channels including booking.com and airbnb.
- You will support guests to manage their bookings efficiently via phone, e-mail and Whatsapp.
- You will communicate with our partners such as booking.com and airbnb to solve problems in the booking process.
- You will be the voice of the customer and transfer customer requirements & potential issues to the product team to help improve the Holidu product every day.
- You will play an active part in finding ways to continuously improve our customer satisfaction.
- You will intensively cooperate with Product, Sales and Account Management for developing guest / homeowner experience.
Your backpack is filled with
- Near-native Croatian and good English skills. Proficiency in any additional language is a plus.
- Friendly, team-work oriented personality and strong communication skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with great problem solving skills.
- First experiences in customer service or in the hotel industry are a plus.
- Willingness to work on weekends (with balance days during the week or additional holidays).
- Ambitious, humble and eager to learn.
