Intern Product Management - Host Experience (all genders)

Holidu is our software and service solution with the mission to make the booking and hosting of holiday homes free of doubt and full of joy. You will be part of the Host Experience department, a highly international team consisting of 40 (and growing) developers, Product Managers, UX Designers, Technical Support Engineers and QA. 

In this 6-months internship, you will learn from our experienced Product Managers, get hands-on experience supporting multiple teams while contributing to creating best-in-class web and native mobile apps that help hosts and internal stakeholders effectively manage vacation rentals.

• Support cross-functional teams in the Host Experience department to drive meaningful product initiatives that improve our customer experience.
• Dive into user and market research to uncover insights, validate assumptions, and help shape great product decisions.
• Turn ideas into clear, detailed tickets and requirements that translate business needs into actionable development tasks.
• Handle Product Operations tasks, including roadmap maintenance, stakeholder communication, and process optimization.
• Assist with data analysis to support product decisions and measure feature impact against key performance indicators.
• Team up with designers and developers, making sure everyone’s aligned and nothing gets lost in translation.
• Join discovery sessions, talk to users, explore market trends, and conduct feature validation.
• Keep our product documentation up-to-date and contribute to knowledge sharing to make sure everyone in the Product team is informed and aligned.
• Help us explore where AI can make a difference - bringing smarter, faster solutions to our product workflows.

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Computer Science, Business with a tech focus, or a related field.
• Solid business understanding, including an understanding of user-centered design, market dynamics, and product strategy basics.
• Project management skills that help you stay organized, manage timelines, and collaborate across teams.
• Genuine enthusiasm for AI and curiosity about how it can improve products and user experiences.
• Strong analytical mindset and confidence working with data to support smart decisions.
• A self-motivated attitude - you like to take initiative while actively seeking feedback and learning along the way.
• Excellent communication skills in English, additional languages are a plus.
