Holidu offers a software and service solution which helps vacation rental owners manage and distribute their properties more efficiently. This is a 6-months temporary position.

Your role in this journey

You will work within our Performance Marketing team in order to drive the Holidu business and continually grow revenues and profitability. Your role will focus on our growing channel Affiliate Marketing, covering all aspects of it and working cross domains. Here what you will be in charge of:

Identify and recruit high-quality affiliate partners to expand the affiliate network. Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, providing them with the support and resources they need to succeed.
Analyse campaign data, drive insights, and optimise performance of affiliate campaigns to maximise return on investment.
Directly manage and improve the performances of our Affiliate Networks (i.e. AWIN, Tradedoubler etc.).
Approve the application if it complies with the Affiliation requirements, periodically check published contents and activities.
Update creative contents, exchange emails with Publishers.
Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in affiliate marketing, and incorporate insights into program strategy and execution.
Optimise campaigns using a continuous test & learn approach, actively seeking new ideas and trends.

Your backpack is filled with

Studies in business, economics, physics, computer science or related.
Quantitative mindset, a proactive personality and a desire to work with data and to constantly improve.
Previous experience in Search Engine Advertising and/or Affiliate marketing is a plus.
Fluent English, any additional European language is a plus.
Proficient knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
Getting things done attitude.
