Your future team
You lead a small but highly capable cross-functional team including data/pricing analysts and a cross-functional revenue management squad consisting of data engineers, data scientists, a PMS focussed product and engineering team, an account management excellence manager, and a CRM marketing manager. You will report to the CTO.
Your role in this journey
Your and your team's mission is to drive income for our hosts and revenue for Holidu by helping hosts to optimize their pricing and setup. You will be responsible for outcomes and results as below:
Building the industry's best dynamic pricing tool for vacation rentals, leveraging Holidu’s unique access to data and tech (measured by the adoption rate of our dynamic pricing feature and by the GMV per property uplift for adopting hosts).
Advising our hosts with the right revenue management strategies that maximize income based on their specific situation; recommendations include promotions, discounts and listing optimizations (measured by the adoption rate for revenue driving features and total GMV per property growth).
Leading your team to high delivery speed (measured by the # of successful revenue management AB tests per year).
Building talent density and strong team engagement in your team and squad.

Advanced analytical and quantitative skills.
Strong leadership track record with proven ability to build high performing teams.
Strategic thinking and product intuition; the ability to cast quantitative models into a product that gets adopted by non professional customers is a core requirement.
Strong stakeholder management with the ability to communicate and build alignment.
This role will be based in our headquarters Munich (3d per week presence expected).
