Your future team

Holidu offers a software and service solution that helps hosts manage and distribute their properties more efficiently. As Head of Brand and Creative, you will lead our talented Brand Marketing team, driving our mission to create a coherent, compelling, and consistent brand experience across all guest and host touchpoints. You will act as our thought leader in design, copywriting, translation, PR, and organic social media, shaping the voice and visuals that represent Holidu across Europe.

Your role in this journey

Leadership & Team Management: Provide clear direction, mentorship, and support to your team of designers, PR, and social media specialists, fostering a creative and collaborative environment.
Brand Vision & Coherence: Set and implement a unified vision for Holidu's brand identity, ensuring consistency across visual design, copy, translations, and overall customer experience.
Brand Audit & Roadmap: Conduct comprehensive audits of current guest and host experiences, quickly identifying opportunities for impactful improvements. Create and execute a strategic roadmap to deliver rapid and sustained improvements.
AI Integration & Scalability: Identify and implement innovative AI-driven solutions to enhance efficiency, consistency, and quality across design, content creation, and translation processes.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely and collaboratively with the Guest and Host Experience teams, Marketing Technology, Performance Marketing, SEO, Lifecycle, Product Marketing teams, and senior stakeholders (CEO, CRO, CTO) to ensure alignment and maximized marketing effectiveness.
Stakeholder & Supplier Management: Manage external suppliers and tech partners effectively, ensuring quality standards and strategic alignment with Holidu’s objectives.

Your backpack is filled with

6-7+ years of relevant experience in brand management, communications, or creative direction, ideally within the travel, tourism, or hospitality industries.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Demonstrable expertise in leveraging AI and automation in content creation and translation processes.
Strong understanding of multilingual brand management and localization best practices.
Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management abilities.
