Your role in this journey

As a Coordinator of the Photography Network, you will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding and managing interior photographers across our regions in France. You will coordinate a network of freelance photographers tasked with capturing high-quality images of Holidu homes’ properties. In this role, you will act as the central link between the Sales teams, photographers, and hosts.

Own the entire sourcing process for our French photographer network including long-listing, organization of trial shoots and contract negotiations.
Coordinate the visual content production and visual presentation of our properties.
Ensure a high level of quality of our visual content before „going live “ and handle feedback cycles and communication with photographers.
Work closely together with our account management and product teams.
Identify and realize projects to further improve cross-departmental and visual content production processes.

Please note: This is not a photography role. We are seeking a coordinator to manage and support our network of photographers, not someone to take photographs themselves.

Your backpack is filled with

Passion for visual aesthetics and customer satisfaction.
Fluent in French and English, Italian and/or Spanish are a big plus.
A university degree, ideally in media, communication science, business studies, tourism, or similar studies.
Demonstrated excellence in academic, professional or extracurricular activities.
First experience in a business environment and/or content production.
A process-oriented mindset and an understanding of our target groups.
An independent and solution-oriented work style.
Focus on details, creativity, team-mindedness and an independent work style.
