Who can I contact in case of an emergency during the weekend?

If you need urgent assistance during the weekend, Holidu's Customer Service team is available via multiple channels to help you handle emergencies. Our team manages urgent requests related to bookings, guest issues, and other critical situations that require immediate attention.

Weekend Contact Methods

During weekends, you can reach our Customer Service team through the following options:

Important: Always include your Booking ID, Property Name, or Property ID when contacting us to expedite your request.

Weekend Phone Support Hours

Our customer service phone line is available during the following times:

  • Saturday: 12:00 – 20:00 CET
  • Sunday: 16:00 – 20:00 CET
