Your future team

The Partner Inventory department is a highly international team of 16 people covering the whole value chain from partner acquisition to onboarding and optimization.
As part of the department, the Technical Support Engineer ensures that our API connections to internal and external partners have the best quality, by troubleshooting and solving reported issues.
Together with other Product Managers, Technical Account Managers and our development team, you will provide the best experience for our colleagues, partners and travellers.

Your role in this journey

  • Provide technical support to ensure new and existing partnerships are reliable and stable.
  • Contribute to increased data quality and performance of Holidu's partner inventory by finding, validating and resolving errors related to provider data.
  • Use our different internal and external tools, e.g. IntelliJ, MongoDB, Kibana, Postman, JIRA, Confluence to debug, resolve, document, and communicate incidents.
  • Ensure high quality standards of data are met through operational testing and monitoring, ensuring errors are identified and resolved in a timely manner.
  • Research and document both partner integrations and core workflows to streamline internal communication.
  • Act as the primary interface between the product team and stakeholders (e.g. both internal and external), ensuring communication is both timely and effective.

Your backpack is filled with

  • Experience as a 2-3 level technical support, technical account manager, QA manager, or developer.
  • Experience working with API integrations (ie. JSON, XML).
  • A university degree in economic computer science, computer science, business administration or related fields.
  • Love and great understanding of technology and system integrations.
  • High attention to detail, preferably with experience of testing software.
  • Proactive problem solving.
  • Strong communication skills and desire to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Previous experience in customer service or partner relationship management is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
