Your future team

Bookiply is our software and service solution which helps vacation rental owners manage and distribute their properties more efficiently. Join our motivated, high performance and diverse team in a new office in Lisbon. Your role in this journey

  • Support the opening and run the local office in Lisbon. 
  • Build and manage a high-performing sales and account management team 
  • Be directly responsible for growing our vacation rental portfolio in Portugal, acquiring new partners and building long-term relationships.
  • Train and coach the sales and account management team, regularly go on customer visits, and foster team spirit through motivational initiatives in order to reach your area targets.
  • Be responsible for the achievement of our ambitious targets.
  • Manage and optimize our existing portfolio of accounts, taking personal responsibility for our largest customers.
  • Continue building the brand of Bookiply in your area.
  • Provide feedback to improve our product, streamline procedures, and create best practices.

Your backpack is filled with

  • A seller personality with strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • A successful track record in sales and/or account management with proven experience in achieving and overachieving targets 
  • Natural leadership skills with a keen ability to mentor, coach, and motivate team members.
  • Very analytical and data-driven mindset to continuously optimize your team’s approach.
  • A hungry but humble personality, setting yourself ambitious targets while always trying to improve.
  • Previous experience in recruiting and managing best-in-class talent is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a fast growing, ecommerce, tech, and/or travel company is a plus.
  • Near native Portuguese and fluent English skills.
