Your future team

At Holidu, our mission is to make hosting and booking vacation rentals free of doubt and full of joy. From our Milan office, our Sales and Account Management teams drive growth by acquiring new partners and helping them succeed on our platform.

You’ll join a motivated, international and high-performing team that believes in ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement. We work towards ambitious goals, support each other, and celebrate wins together.

This is not an active opening tied to a specific role. Instead, this is a Talent Pool for future opportunities in Sales and Account Management in Milan.

We are open to a wide range of seniority levels — from people at the beginning of their career looking to grow in sales or account management, to experienced professionals who have built strong expertise and are ready to make an impact.

Your role in this journey

Depending on the opportunity, your role could include:

Sales
  • Identify and reach out to vacation rental owners (primarily via cold calling).
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Drive revenue growth by consistently achieving targets.
  • Travel within your region to meet partners and gain market insights.
  • Contribute to local events and initiatives to grow Holidu’s presence.
Account Management
  • Be the main point of contact for hosts using our platform in Italy Northwest.
  • Support partners during onboarding and ensure a smooth go-live process.
  • Advise hosts on how to optimize their performance and grow their business.
  • Build long-term relationships through regular check-ins and business reviews.
  • Analyze account performance and implement data-driven improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Content, etc.) to enhance partner experience.
  • Organize networking and community events for hosts.

Your backpack is filled with

  • Strong interest in Sales and/or Account Management.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive, hands-on and target-driven mindset.
  • A structured, solution-oriented way of working.
  • Customer-centric attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Near-native Italian and fluent English.
  • Driver’s license.
  • Experience in sales, account management, tourism, or other customer-facing roles is a plus.
