Your future team
At Holidu, our mission is to make hosting and booking vacation rentals free of doubt and full of joy. Our Sales team plays a key role in driving growth by partnering with vacation rental owners and helping them succeed with our solutions.For this talent pool, you will be part of our Milan Sales Team, while working remotely from Alta Valtellina (Bormio / Livigno area) — staying close to the market and building strong local relationships.

This is not an active opening tied to a specific role. Instead, this is a Talent Pool for future Sales opportunities in Alta Valtellina (Bormio / Livigno).
We are open to different levels of seniority — from people at the beginning of their career looking to grow in sales, to experienced professionals with a strong commercial mindset and local market knowledge.

Your role in this journey
Depending on the opportunity, your role could include:- Identify and reach out to vacation rental owners (primarily via cold calling and in-person visits).
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Build strong relationships with local hosts and become a trusted partner in the region.
- Drive revenue growth by consistently achieving targets.
- Travel across your focus area to gain market insights and expand our presence.
- Organize and participate in local events to promote Holidu and build a community of hosts.
- Collaborate closely with the Milan team and share best practices with international colleagues.
- Support onboarding activities and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Your backpack is filled with
• Strong motivation to grow in Sales.• Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust both on the phone and face to face.
• A proactive, hands-on and target-driven mindset.
• A structured and solution-oriented way of working.
• High level of self-motivation and autonomy in a remote setup.
• Near-native Italian and fluent English.
• Driver’s license and personal vehicle for business trips.
• Experience in sales, tourism, or other customer-facing roles is a plus.
