You'll be joining and leading the analytics team at a pivotal moment. At Holidu, data isn't a support function — it's how the company decides. And as we scale, the bar for what analytics can deliver is rising fast.We believe AI will fundamentally change the role of the data analyst, and we're looking for a leader who will guide the team through that transition and show us what great looks like.
The question is no longer "can you pull this number?" but "what data product do we need to build so no one ever has to ask us again?" Conversational analytics, automated reporting, agentic workflows — these aren't slides in a roadmap deck, they're what you and your team will be shipping.

Your role in this journey
You'll lead one of Holidu's core analytics teams — four analysts today, working alongside data engineering and data science, and serving stakeholders across Customer Support, Host Experience, Sales, and Account Management. It's a role with real surface area: the problems are messy, the stakeholders are senior, and the decisions you influence show up in the P&L.Concretely, you will:
- Lead from the front. This isn't a role where you stop doing the work. You'll be deep in agentic programming, exploring our data, and setting the bar for what great analytics looks like — both technically and in how we frame problems. If you've stopped enjoying the craft, this won't be the right fit.
- Build the analyst of 2027, not 2023. You'll help define what AI-native analytics looks like in practice at Holidu — the tools, the workflows, the standards, the rituals. Your team will use Claude, Cursor, and whatever comes next as core instruments, not novelties. You should already be doing this yourself.
- Ship products, not reports. Partner with stakeholders to identify the recurring questions, the broken workflows, the decisions made on gut, and turn them into analytical products that scale. Conversational interfaces, automated insights, decision systems — the category is wide open and we're betting on it.
- Sit at the strategy table. As part of the BI leadership team, you'll shape the department's direction and represent analytics in the conversations that matter — product strategy, commercial planning, the road to IPO and beyond.
- Develop people who'll out-grow you. Hire well, set sharp goals, give honest feedback, and build a team that people want to join and stay on. This is a leadership role; the multiplier matters more than your individual output.
Your backpack is filled with
- 5+ years of data analytics experience.
- Previous people management experience, with the proven ability to mentor and grow talent.
- A collaborative mindset with clear experience communicating with executive stakeholders and senior decision makers.
- A mission-driven, working-backwards mentality, starting from customer and business needs, managing complex multi-stakeholder projects, and translating goals into analytical solutions and actionable insights.
- Excellent analytical and technical skills: strong SQL, Python (or similar), data visualisation, and the ability to develop technical frameworks that serve a clear business need.
- A genuine commitment to AI enablement, you actively use tools like Claude Code or similar to enhance your own coding, planning, and workflows, and you're excited to bring your team along. AI fluency is not a nice-to-have here, it's part of how we work and how we evaluate impact.
