Your future team

Holidu offers a software and service solution that helps hosts manage and distribute their properties more efficiently. As we expand into Croatia, you will play a key role in launching and growing our presence in this exciting new market, starting from our office in Zagreb.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of building a market from scratch. Together with your future team, you will lay the foundation for our success in Croatia, shaping processes, building strong local relationships, and contributing to a high-performing and entrepreneurial team culture from day one.

Your role in this journey

  • Proactively reach out to vacation rental owners across Croatia and execute sales strategies (with a strong focus on cold calling) to identify how Holidu can support their business.
  • Take full ownership of the sales cycle — from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals.
  • Play a key role in launching the Croatian market by building a strong and sustainable pipeline from scratch.
  • Consistently track your activities and performance, ensuring the achievement of ambitious monthly targets.
  • Travel regularly within Croatia to meet partners, develop local market insights, and strengthen your network.
  • Contribute to building the local team by supporting onboarding of new colleagues and sharing best practices.
  • Collaborate with international sales teams to exchange knowledge and continuously improve our approach.
  • Support the organization of events and initiatives to promote Holidu and grow a strong community of hosts in Croatia.

Your backpack is filled with

  • A high level of self-motivation and a strong drive to succeed in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Excellent persuasion and communication skills, both over the phone (cold calling) and in person.
  • A positive, resilient mindset and an empathetic personality that enables you to build strong relationships.
  • A structured, solution-oriented way of working with a high sense of ownership.
  • Ideally, experience in sales, account management, the travel industry, or an online business (nice to have, not mandatory).
  • Near-native Croatian skills and fluent English skills.
  • A valid driver’s license.
