Account Executive - Full Cycle (all genders)

Your role in this journey
This is a true full-cycle role: you own the entire commercial relationship with a host — from winning them as a new customer to growing their revenue and retaining them long term. Your ultimate goal is revenue growth across the portfolio you build and sign in South Tyrol.
Build your own network: generate your own leads, open doors, and grow a strong local presence among vacation rental owners across South Tyrol.
Own the full sales cycle: from prospecting and cold outreach to setting up your own meetings, pitching face to face, and closing the contracts.
Stay close to your region: spend most of your time in the field, conducting business trips and attending or organising networking and lead-generating events to keep your pipeline full.
Bring hosts live: once new hosts are on board, coordinate their go-live and onboarding together with our product and content teams to set the relationship up for growth.
Grow & retain your portfolio: take full ownership of the post-sales relationship — keep your signed hosts engaged, advise them on how to get the most out of our product, and actively work on retention so your portfolio keeps performing.
Drive revenue growth: this is the heart of the role. Continuously increase the revenue of your accounts by analysing performance data, spotting opportunities, and developing solution-oriented strategies — while rigorously tracking your activity and monthly targets.
Your backpack is filled with
A self-starter mentality: a high level of self-motivation, and a genuine love for being out in the field, building a network and opening doors.
Networking & persuasion: strong networking and communication skills, and the ability to convince hosts both on the phone (incl. cold calling) and face to face.
A commercial drive: a results-oriented mindset with a genuine motivation to grow revenue, retain customers and hit your targets.
The right mindset: a positive, empathic and solution-driven attitude, with the ability to work in a responsible and organised way.
Helpful, not mandatory: experience in sales, account management, tourism or online business.
Languages: near native German skills and fluent English skills. Italian language skills are a plus.
Mobility: willingness to travel frequently across South Tyrol, based in our Bolzano office, and a valid driver's license.
