Holidu charges a commission on each booking you receive through Holidu. A commission invoice is created automatically for every booking and added to your account. The commission is already included in the price the guest pays, so there are no hidden charges.
What does the commission cover?
All booking costs, including channel costs, payment processing, and Holidu's fee, are combined into one commission. The exact amount depends on your account's pricing conditions. Any commission that applies to your account is reflected in your net earnings and shown on the booking invoice and booking details.
Is VAT included in the commission?
Depending on your VAT status, your commission invoice may also include VAT. For more details, read our article on VAT.
Do booking channels add their own fees?
Partner channels such as Airbnb and Booking.com may apply their own commission or service fees on top of the price you set in Holidu. The same applies to additional guest fees, so the final price shown to guests on these channels can differ slightly from your base price. Prices you configure in Holidu always refer to your base amount before any channel fees are added.
