For all rodeo fans or livestock travelers there are stables and pens available for an additional fee on the property. Very quiet area on gated property. Guest will have remote access. Pets welcome. Near lakes and Yosemite , near shopping and hospitals. Guests are allowed use of gated pool m-f 5pm-10pm, weekends til 10pm. Guests are responsible for their pets, if guest is not here pet must be in kennel (on site). Guests are to only use toilet paper provided to prevent clogging, if not guest will be charged for any work necessary. Quiet time is 10pm and smoking is allowed outside trailer only.

It is just like camping, but you have comfortable beds, small kitchen, private bathroom, electricity, A/C, heating etc. Luxury camping at its best!There's a creek and has a small lake with fish, frogs, turtles and otters.
