SES.HOSPEDAJES is the official platform from the Spanish Ministry of the Interior for reporting guest information as required by law. To send guest check-in data automatically from Holidu, you need to register your property on SES.HOSPEDAJES, collect your web service credentials, and enter them in the Online check-in settings of the Holidu app. This guide walks you through each step.

Before You Start

Make sure you are using the latest version of the Holidu app. Bookings imported from other channels are not linked to SES.HOSPEDAJES, so Holidu cannot send their guest data automatically. You must submit that data manually through your SES.HOSPEDAJES account.

Step 1: Create Your SES.HOSPEDAJES Account

Go to the Ministerio del Interior website and click Hospedajes y alquiler de vehículos.

Choose the option that fits your situation:

• Acceso al registro de establecimientos y entidades: Choose this if you have no account and no Cl@ve registration.
• Acceso a la consulta y envío de comunicaciones de actividades de hospedajes o alquiler de vehículos: Choose this if you already have a Cl@ve registration.
• Acceso a la consulta y envío de comunicaciones de actividades de hospedajes o alquiler de vehículos: Choose this if you already have a login.

Step 2: Select Your Verification Method

You need a Digital Certificate or Cl@ve PIN/DNIe. If you do not have one, request a digital certificate from FNMT or register with Cl@ve. Then click the @ icon on the SES.HOSPEDAJES portal to begin.

Step 3: Choose the Registration Type

After logging in, go to Registro de entidades y establecimientos. Select the registration type, such as Hospedaje turístico, before continuing.

Step 4: Complete Your Registered Data

Open Mis datos registrados, fill in all required fields, and tick Envío de comunicaciones por servicio web. You must tick this box before signing. Otherwise, your web service credentials will not be generated correctly.

Step 5: Register Your Properties

Once your personal data is complete, register each property with its name, address, and license number.

Step 6: Review and Sign

Review your information and sign with Autofirm@ or Cl@ve Firma. Make sure the web service option is active before you sign.

Step 7: Receive Your Credentials

After signing, you will receive an email from no-reply@hospedajes.mir.es. It contains your owner code, property code, and web service credentials. The web service username ends in "WS." You need these credentials to connect Holidu.

Connect SES.HOSPEDAJES to Holidu

Once connected, Holidu automatically transfers guest data after each guest completes the online check-in form. For more details, see the Online check-in FAQs.

1. Open the Holidu app.
2. In the left side menu, go to Tools, then Online check-in.



3. Click Configure next to the property you want to connect.



4. Fill in the form:
   • Click Statistics connection.
   • Select SES.HOSPEDAJES.
   • Enter your Username, Password, Accommodation code, and Landlord code.
   • Click Validate.



5. Click Save changes.
6. If no error appears, your connection is active.

Note: Properties in Catalonia should select Mossos d'Esquadra. Properties in the Basque Country should select Ertzaintza.

Resolving SES.HOSPEDAJES Credential Issues

If your credentials are not working, retrieve them again from the SES.HOSPEDAJES platform:

1. Access the SES.HOSPEDAJES platform through this link.
2. Select the @ sign for Access to the Registry of Establishments and Entities.



3. Log in with your Digital Certificate or Cl@ve app.
4. Click Access under Communication Service.



5. Copy the Username from the left column. Then click Change Password to update the password used to send guest registration forms.

Once Online check-in is active, guests receive the check-in form automatically for eligible bookings. If your SES.HOSPEDAJES credentials are incomplete or incorrect, the form will still be sent, but the automatic transfer of data to the authorities will fail. Double-check your credentials after setup.
