How to Update Your Contact Details and Account Information
Keeping your account information up to date ensures smooth communication with guests and helps avoid issues at check-in. You can update your email, language, phone number, billing info, bank details, and more directly from your Holidu host account.
Where to Find Your Settings
To access your account settings and update your information:
- Log in to your Holidu host account
- Click the Holidu Logo in the top right corner
- From the dropdown menu, select the section you want to update:
- Account - for general settings, personal information, bank information, reports, certificates, and your agreement
- Security - for email and password changes
- You can also navigate using the left-hand menu once you're in the Account area
1. Update Your Email Address
To change the email address associated with your Holidu host account:
- Go to Security
- Locate the Email section
- Click Edit
- Enter your new email address
- Click Save
Your new email address will be used for all future account communications and login purposes.
2. Change Your Preferred Language
To set your preferred language for your Holidu account interface:
- Go to Account
- Scroll down to Settings
- Click Edit next to Language
- Choose your preferred language from the available options
- Click Save
Your account interface will update to display in your selected language.
3. Update Your Phone Number
To update the phone number on your account:
- Go to Account
- Scroll to Billing Information
- Click Edit
- Enter your updated phone number
- Click Save
Keep your phone number current so guests and Holidu support can reach you when needed.
4. Edit Your Billing Information
To modify your billing details on file:
- Go to Account
- Scroll to Billing Information
- Click Edit
- Update any of the following as needed:
- Organization name
- Billing address
- Tax details
- Click Save
Accurate billing information ensures that invoices and payments are processed correctly.
5. Edit Your Bank Details
To update your bank account information for payouts:
- Go to Account
- Scroll to Bank Information
- Click Edit
- You will be redirected to our secure partner Adyen
- Follow the secure steps to update your bank details
- Click Save
Your bank information is processed through our secure payment partner to protect your financial data. For detailed step-by-step instructions, refer to the following guides based on your account verification status:

6. Download Your Agreement
To download a copy of your signed Holidu hosting agreement:
- Go to Account
- Scroll to Your Agreement
- Click Download to save a copy of your agreement
Keep a copy of your agreement for your records and reference.
Important: Changes That Require a New Agreement
Certain changes to your account information require signing a new agreement with Holidu. These include:
- Change of organization name
- Change of account holder name
- Change from individual to legal entity (or vice versa)
- Change of bank details with a different account holder
