Keeping your account information up to date ensures smooth communication with guests and helps avoid issues at check-in. You can update your email, language, phone number, billing info, bank details, and more directly from your Holidu account.

Where to Find Your Settings

  1. Log in to your Holidu account.
  2. Click the Holidu Logo in the top right corner.
  3. From the dropdown, select the section you want to update:
    • Account (general settings, Personal information, Bank information, Reports & certificates, Your Agreement)
    • Security (email + password)
  4. You can also navigate through the left-hand menu once you're in the Account area.

1. Update Your Email Address

Your email address is your primary contact method on Holidu. To change it:

  1. Go to Security
  2. In the Email section, click Edit
  3. Enter your new email address (note: the new email address cannot already be in use with Holidu)
  4. Click Save

2. Change Your Preferred Language

Customize your account language to improve your experience on Holidu:

  1. Go to Account
  2. Scroll down to Settings
  3. Click Edit next to Language
  4. Choose your preferred language from the available options
  5. Click Save

3. Update Your Phone Number

Keep your phone number current so guests can reach you when needed:

  1. Go to Account
  2. Scroll to Billing Information
  3. Click Edit
  4. Enter your updated phone number
  5. Click Save

4. Edit Your Billing Information

Update your billing details including organization name, billing address, and tax information:

  1. Go to Account
  2. Scroll to Billing Information
  3. Click Edit
  4. Update your organization name, billing address, or tax details as needed
  5. Click Save

5. Edit Your Bank Details

Manage your bank account information securely through our payment partner:

  1. Go to Account
  2. Scroll to Bank Information
  3. Click Edit
  4. You'll be redirected to our secure partner Adyen
  5. If you already have an IBAN configured, delete the configured IBAN first
  6. Configure your new IBAN and follow the steps to update your bank details
  7. Click Save

6. Download Your Agreement

Keep a copy of your signed Holidu agreement for your records:

  1. Go to Account
  2. Scroll to Your Agreement
  3. Click Download to save a copy of your signed Holidu agreement

Important Considerations

Some changes to your account require a new agreement to be signed. These include:

  • Change the organization name
  • Change the Account holder name
  • Change from individual to legal entity (or vice versa)
  • Change Bank details with a different holder
