Non-Refundable Policy FAQ
Welcome to our FAQ on the Non-refundable policy. As a Holidu Host, you can enhance your booking strategy and secure your earnings with this policy. This FAQ provides clear answers on how the policy works and how to set it up effectively.
What Is the Non-Refundable Policy?
The Non-refundable Policy allows you to offer an alternative cancellation option alongside your chosen standard cancellation policy, specifically for guests with firm travel plans. Guests opting for this policy receive a discount between 10% and 20% on their booking.
Benefits of the non-refundable policy include:
- Increased Bookings: Attract guests who are confident in their travel plans.
- Revenue Security: Guarantee payouts from non-refundable bookings, ensuring consistent income.
How Does the Non-Refundable Policy Work?
During the booking process, guests will see your selected cancellation policy, along with the non-refundable option if it is activated. This policy applies the discount you have chosen to their booking price. If a guest cancels, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged, ensuring that your income is secured regardless of any changes in their plans.
