Can I change the property name or ownership information in my property ad?

You cannot change the host name shown on partner channels such as Booking.com, Airbnb, and Vrbo. For technical and contractual reasons, Holidu appears as the host on these channels. Your name is shown as the host in two other places: on the Holidu channel, where Holidu is listed as the Manager, and on your Direct Booking Website.

Why does Holidu appear as the host on partner channels?

When your property is published on Holidu, it is also distributed across partner channels. The host name on these channels cannot be customized, so Holidu is shown as the host. This setup:

• Lets guests book through trusted partner channels with a recognizable name attached.
• Keeps the connection between Holidu and external channels compliant with channel rules.
• Helps your property reach a wider audience while Holidu manages the channel-side admin for you.

Where does my name appear as the host?

There are two cases where your name appears instead of Holidu's:

• On the Holidu channel, your name appears as the Host, and Holidu is listed as the Manager.
• On your Direct Booking Website ("My Website"), your name is shown in the "Your Host" section at the top of the page. You can also add a short bio there to build trust with guests.
