On weekends, customer service primarily handles requests related to specific bookings, such as cancellations, guest issues, or other emergencies. From Monday to Friday, the team is available again for general inquiries about your property and Holidu's service.
If you have extremely urgent questions or emergencies during the weekend, our Customer Service team is also available via phone, contact form, and WhatsApp.
Please note: WhatsApp support is for text messages only — calls cannot be accepted.
When contacting us, always include your Booking ID, your Property Name, or your Property ID in the message.
