This is lot 1 of 2 on the property. You have a limited view of the Gulf from the front of the property. The gulf/marsh view is approximately 75 steps from the property. The street is mostly quiet except for holidays during the Summer which is our busy season. There are two public boat ramps within half a mile. Electric, water, and sewer included.
